EXPERT PLAST – Ready Mix Plaster

EXPERT PLAST is a high quality pre-mixed water resistant polymer modified cement-based plaster, fast and easy to use. Practically crack resistant, and water & weather resistant in all climatic conditions. Intended for internal & external use on AAC/CLC blocks, fly ash/red clay bricks, stone walls and concrete surfaces as an ideal replacement for conventional cement–sand plaster.

Features & Benefits

  • Ready to use; only mix with water and apply
  • Apply manually or with modern plastering machines
  • Works as plaster coat under putty or exterior finishes (paint sub-base)
  • Consistent quality due to controlled manufacturing
  • Good bond strength, crack resistance and water resistance
  • Good compressive strength
  • Easy stocking with uniform bag packaging; cost-effective & user-friendly

Surface Preparation

  • Apply after 24 hours full curing of block/brick work
  • Clean all dust, loose particles, grease and foreign material
  • 4–5 days curing required under normal conditions

Mixing

  • Expert Plast RMP requires 16%–18% (6.4–7.2 lit) potable water by weight of material.
  • Add Expert Plast RMP to the measured quantity of water while continuously stirring using a mechanical stirrer for 2–3 minutes to achieve a uniform consistency. The mix should be free of lumps.
  • Allow the mix to stand for 2 minutes to mature, then mix it again before use.
  • Do not add extra water to alter the mix consistency. Further water addition will reduce the adhesion strength of the RMP.

Coverage Per Bag

  • AAC/CLC blocks (10–12 mm): approx. 16–20 sq.ft.
  • Fly ash bricks (10–15 mm): approx. 12–15 sq.ft.
